Ceiling Leaks - No Worries

When this homeowner found water running out of her ceiling, she called SERVPRO of Bath for help. When our team inspected the residence, they found the HVAC drain system had malfunctioned soaking a large area upstairs and downstairs. Containment was set up under the flooring in crawlspace and the subfloor was dried from underneath while equipment was placed above. There was enough water damage that it took 8 days to complete the drying process. It took a little time to get the job done due to the amount of water damage, but ultimately the homeowners were very pleased with the job our team had done.
