SERVPRO restores The Pirates Chest after fire damage.

This gift shop experienced fire damage along with thousands of gallons of water damage used to put the fire out.

This project required complete replacement of all exterior siding, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems along with removal of all insulation and drywall. The owner also requested significant renovation to the existing structure including the relocation of a large stairway, removal of the entire roof truss system, relocation of windows, and raising the second-floor walls 2 feet.
