Commercial Hazards in Old Spaces

Commercial buildings and warehouses can be filled with all types of hazards, specifically when they are old which is the case throughout many towns in eastern North Carolina. They can have miles of plumbing throughout the building and water pipes in commercial buildings burst all the time – just like your home!
